The Untold Story: The New Life Center’s Dessert Social. Thursday, October 13. 7 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn, Fargo. Please join us as we creatively increase community awareness and financial support for out ministry to the homeless and hurting as we help them discover value and find hope. This unique evening will include national speaker and former NHL professional hockey player and coach, Bill Butters. He has shared his story with thousands, including at Billy Graham Crusades. Bill’s story of being raised in a dysfunctional home, brokenness and deception was rewritten through a new relationship with Christ – but he still had to reconcile with his wife and family. Come hear this powerful story forgiveness and grace. We will also have a silent auction of new hand sewn quilts, similar to the quilts made for the beds at the New Life Center.
